Attendance touches several roles and a large number of daily edge cases. QR validity, class membership, leave requests, corrections, schedules, geofencing, and audit history all needed to stay aligned without making routine check-in feel complicated.
We created role-specific workspaces on top of one attendance model, with short-lived QR sessions, live monitoring, permission flows, correction history, and export-ready reporting. Dense administrative tools stay structured while student-facing actions remain direct.
